Andrin has been with eqipe for more than ten years and has helped shape the company with his structured approach. As a System Engineer, he thinks critically, questions the status quo and finds solutions even when others would rather have given up.
These qualities also come in handy for Andrin outside the world of IT – whether he’s off on adventurous motorbike trips or exploring the distant worlds of Game of Thrones. After all, having a clear plan is no bad thing in Westeros either.
I value the freedom to immerse myself fully in a subject. What excites me even more is that the results of a deep dive are put to active use here.
