A Mac mini is a powerful computer, but not a fully fledged server for a planning firm. Over several generations, macOS has increasingly shed traditional server functions.

Unfortunately, many firms still use insecure passwords – that is, relatively short strings of characters that are easy to guess. While convenient, this can have catastrophic consequences for a business.

A secure password manager is a good way to keep track of all your passwords. It makes it easy to improve security and greatly reduces the risk posed by weak or reused passwords.
