The third maintenance release of the major version released in February 2026 is now available. Following our usual testing phase, we are now rolling out the latest version to all production systems. Below, we have summarised the most important new features for you.

Nextcloud updates are under way
Currently, only around 8% of all Nextcloud instances on our infrastructure are running version 33, mostly those of new clients.
Over the coming days, we will update all remaining instances to major version 33 (Hub 26 Winter). As usual, the updates will take place overnight between 01:00 and 04:00 CET.
Information about the update process
For compatibility and stability reasons, we generally take a cautious approach and install new major versions on production setups only after several minor versions have been released and extensive testing has been completed.
