BIMcloud (Basic)
A professional server solution in your firm provides a solid foundation for your Teamwork projects, thanks to redundant hardware, and works beyond the boundaries of your office.
You can run multiple BIMcloud Basic instances in parallel without additional Graphisoft licence costs. Virtualisation lets you use multiple ArchiCAD BIMcloud servers. You can add as many virtual machines (VMs) as you need.

File server & storage
A fast file server ensures your team can access plans and data – whether in the office or remotely via VPN. It can also provide access to large amounts of data with high performance.
We build scalable storage solutions using Synology NAS and manage user accounts and access permissions. Redundant drives, and either all-SSD or more cost-effective hybrid solutions as required, provide security and speed.

Backup strategy
Our multi-layered backup strategy protects your data from loss and (AI-based) attacks. A searchable backup in your own office makes it possible to quickly restore individual files.
For added security, we provide an isolated off-site backup at a second location or in eqipe’s data centre. This also protects your data from ransomware attacks.

Maintenance & support
IT needs looking after. We periodically check your server and network infrastructure (firewall, NAS, etc.), review your backups and system health, and install available updates or patches.
If you need us, we’re available by phone and remote support, and can also help with onboarding and offboarding new employees. In an emergency, we can be on site quickly in the Zurich area.
